Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping options, rates, and delivery times

We ship from our U.S. warehouse. At checkout you can choose:

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been processed and shipped. They do not include the processing time above.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your order's progress at any time using the Track My Order page on our website.

Shipping delays

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will always help you locate a delayed package.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and household members and contact your local carrier. If you still need help, contact us at aphofficialstore@gmail.com and we will assist you.
