We stand behind the AlphaInfuse Men. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 120 days of your delivery date.
How to start a return or refund
Email us at aphofficialstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will reply with the next steps, including a return address if a return is required. Please do not send any item back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Refund eligibility
- Requests must be made within 120 days of the delivery date.
- You must provide your order number and the email used at checkout.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at aphofficialstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Refund processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you still need help, contact us at aphofficialstore@gmail.com.
